User Eligibility & Accuracy of Information

• You must be at least 18 years of age or legally eligible for employment under Indian labor laws.
• You warrant that all personal details, identity particulars, contact information, and bank account credentials submitted by you are accurate, current, and legally belong to you.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information may result in immediate termination of onboarding proceedings, cancellation of employment consideration, or legal action.

Collection of Personal & Bank Details

To process your employee account and ensure accurate remuneration processing, the Portal collects specific details including but not limited to:

• Full Name, Contact Number, and Email Address.
• Government-issued identification proofs and verification documents.
• Bank Account Number, IFSC Code, Account Holder Name, and Bank Branch details.

Security & Privacy Assurance

OTP Verification & Authentication

For security and authentication purposes, the Portal utilizes One-Time Password (OTP) verification sent via SMS and Email. By proceeding, you explicitly consent to receive authentication notifications, alerts, and verification codes on your registered mobile number and email address.

User Responsibilities & Conduct

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, verification codes, and session access.
• You agree not to use the Portal for any unlawful, unauthorized, or malicious activities, including attempting unauthorized access or data scraping.

Limitation of Liability

Bestconcern Services Private Limited shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of:
